This Saturday, October 1, is Art on the Avenue in the Del Ray section of Alexandria! I'm booth W189 and will be located on Mt. Vernon Avenue between Randolph and Raymond Streets. The festival begins at 10:00 am and runs until 6:00 pm and I hope to see you there. There is no admission fee and Mt. Vernon Avenue is closed during the festival so it's really easy to wander around looking at all the different vendors.
I'll have jewelry, greeting cards - including my holiday cards, notecards, postcards and original pen & ink drawings.

- I am a self-taught artist and live in Alexandria, Virginia. My pen and ink drawings are abstract and surrealist, a result of the artist’s journey in understanding the formation and manifestation of the process of thinking. My works appear edgy or humorous, and my characters mysterious – a representation of the surreal world where all thoughts, emotions and ideas are originating from. I have a B.S. in psychology from George Mason University and studied art for several years at the Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore, Washington Studio School in Washington, D.C., and The Art League School in Alexandria, Virginia.
